Once again I'm off on holiday.
germseed and lazrs3 are in charge while I'm away.
Behave. I may stop by briefly while I'm on holiday, depending on internet access.

Evidently. Although they're not paying me as much money as I'd like.
I've just pulled myself away from the swimming pool to check over everything here. Yes, I did fly out here with XL - that airline that went bust. Fortunately it was all booked through a ATOL-registered travel company and they're sorting out a new flight back for us with a different airline at no extra charge.
Should be back late Friday night - good to see some new members here.

Anyway as I said, we booked the holiday through an ATOL registered holiday company called Sunvil, so although the flights were with XL, we were told we had nothing to worry about.
Sunvil did indeed book replacement flights home from Athens and organised ferries and taxis to get us there. Unfortunately on arriving at the airport we discovered that while Kate's flight was sorted mine was not.
A few frantic phonecalls later and we managed to get Sunvil to book me on a later Easyjet (yuk!) flight back to the UK, but unfortunately it had to go to Luton rather than Gatwick or Heathrow. So they booked & paid for a taxi from Luton airport to Brighton for me. Got back at 2am this morning.
