It’s goodbye to living in my Hove garret amongst the rooftops, chimneys, and crows because last week I signed the tenancy agreement for a new flat in Hastings, and I’m moving in there this weekend.
My new flat has much more room, including a spare room that I’ll be using as a dedicated studio to work in, which I hope will help my artistic practice. I do need to find a few new life-models in Hastings (although some of my regulars here will travel), but hopefully I can find some within a few months.
Getting used to living in a new town will take some time as well, but it will be a time of exploration and discovery that I’m looking forward to.
