Third FULL MOON of the year (WORM MOON), and also on this day begins the Muslim observance of the first day of the SHAB-E-BARAT, until the following evening

If it does not FREEZE on the 10th March, a fertile year may be expected. MISTS or HOAR FROSTS on the 10th March betoken a plentiful year.
