Alice Kemp is one third of experimental music trio ‘Uniform’, and a member of the Lazarus Corporation collective. Passing herself of as a cleaner, clothes seller, burlesque dancer, photographic/life model, factory worker, performance artist, guitarist, writer/automatic writer, mystic and muse, these marginal experiences and identities continue to inform her work, which has been described as hypnotic, intense and beautiful.
In this residency Alice will be recording sounds in a local Dental practice and collaborating with Rebecca Weeks to create the sketch of a new performance.
